ServiceNow Solutions Architect

As an ITSM Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across the organization. Your expertise will be critical in driving automation, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall IT service management effectiveness. Key Qualifications

• Strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules of ServiceNow.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and Automation.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of developers and administrators.
• Experience in large-scale ServiceNow enterprise implementations.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and integration tools (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP, and MID Server).
