We are seeking a Technical Leader to spearhead our ServiceNow initiatives. As a key member of our Digital Nexus technology organization, you will be responsible for establishing best practices, code reviews, release management, and governance policies to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a proven track record in designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems. They should be proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and enforcing best practices, code reviews, release management, and governance policies
- Providing technical leadership, resolving design issues, mentoring, and guiding development teams
- Designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Maintaining and updating documentation of ServiceNow solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
- Experience in designing and developing integrations (such as Workday, Azure, Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and features
