Job Summary
The role of the ServiceNow Systems Administrator requires a highly skilled professional with experience in managing IT systems infrastructure, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This position involves providing support for implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations of various IT systems, including client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and dispatch systems.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
- Manage IT system infrastructure and processes related to these systems.
- Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Implement operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
