Senior ServiceNow CMDB Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow CMDB Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT service management group, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to ITIL standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB in compliance with ITIL standards and the CSDM framework.
• Configure ServiceNow Patterns for improved data ingestion and normalization.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery issues and maintain Discovery and MID server health.
• Integrate CMDB with third-party technologies and ensure accurate CI identification and relationships.
• Monitor CMDB health, conduct audits, and support compliance and risk management initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery management.
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and the CSDM framework.
• Strong analytical skills for CMDB data quality and troubleshooting.

Domain Experience

• Prior experience in enterprise IT environments is required.

Certification

• A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is necessary.
