Engineering Director for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Platform

As a seasoned engineering leader, you will provide hands-on leadership to your team for implementing and operationalizing the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management platform. Your key responsibilities include defining the architecture and infrastructure for ServiceNow, integrating the platform with internal capabilities, and establishing upstream and downstream integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform support, observability metrics, resiliency, and business continuity. Additionally, you will oversee the definition of release cycles, CI/CD approach, and governance routines for the platform. The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow IRM offerings, Common Service Data Model (CSDM 4.0), and ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structure.
