ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Lead

The Role:

• Elevate your skills as an experienced ServiceNow ITOM developer, leading cross-functional teams in implementing industry-best practices for IT service management.
• Prioritize development expertise including creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.

Key Requirements:

• Implement scalable and efficient IT service management solutions using ServiceNow's ITOM modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automate alerts, and leverage API methods to enhance application management capabilities.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Maintain proficiency in third-party software integrations with ServiceNow and design custom forms, workflows, scripts, and web services to meet business needs.
• Expertly manage MID Servers and lead multiple ServiceNow implementations from concept to delivery.
