ServiceNow ITOM Solutions Specialist

This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in IT Service Management and software development.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices and have hands-on development skills including creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions using industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain custom code for ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Design and implement automated workflows and business rules.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Provide exceptional customer support and maintenance.
