ServiceNow Technical Lead
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM implementation and architecture, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and their integration with third-party tools. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and extensibility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical alignment
- Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and extensibility
- Evaluate integration requirements with third-party tools
Requirements:
- 15+ years in ITSM implementation and architecture
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery)
- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using APIs, MID servers
Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
