ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & SLAM) - W2 ONLY

Our client, a leading provider in IT solutions, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (Change Management) to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Service Management department supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Change Management)

Location: Charlotte, NC or Dallas TX (2 Days REMOTE/ 3 Days Onsite) Pay Range: $65-$70/Hour

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Change Management workflows.
• Collaborate with Change Managers, Process Owners, and ITSM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Utilize Flow Designer to automate and streamline change approval and implementation processes.
• Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate representation of IT assets and their relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Change Management modules and integrations.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, especially Change Management.
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance and audit requirements.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
