Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect Position

Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect who can lead our team in delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with customers to define strategies to best utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Lead a team of developers for providing work products and solutions to the customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, developing and delivering ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Project Management, requirements management and Agile development practices.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.
• Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS Customer Service Management, CIS IT Service Management, CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, CIS Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS Application Portfolio Management, CIS Software Asset Management, CIS Hardware Asset Management.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Experience with Business Rules, workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and external Portals.
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• ServiceNow developer Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR Certification.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
