ServiceNow Developer

This role requires a software development background, including ServiceNow administration capabilities, scripting, and application creation. Responsibilities:

• Support technical design for architecture, ensuring high code quality and environment availability.
• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions.
• Develop custom integration components and connect legacy systems with the platform.
• Document and maintain policies, procedures, and controls, promoting agile development.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to estimate effort levels.

The successful candidate will have experience with process and solution integration, workflow configuration, and reporting, as well as proficiency with LDAP integration, ServiceNow APIs, and performance diagnosis.
