• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow core applications, including HAM, SAM, Discovery ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, PPM, and SecOps.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and automation tools. ">

Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party systems with ServiceNow and design and develop custom items, workflows, dashboards, and integrations using Flow Designer and third-party APIs.
