Servicenow Specialist

• *Job Overview**

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead development efforts on the ServiceNow platform across various modules. This role requires proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, and experience with integrations.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts on the ServiceNow platform
• Customize and configure out-of-box ServiceNow applications and develop new applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams
• Implement integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
• Create and maintain documentation (technical designs, process flows, etc.)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (GlideScript, JavaScript, Flow Designer)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Incident/Problem/Change, etc.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO)
• Strong understanding of CMDB and CI relationships
• Service Portal and UI customization
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
