The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer role involves providing hands-on technical support to manage and maintain various custom applications. This includes championing the adoption of supported application services, interfacing with business users, and training on the functions and capabilities of these applications.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the operational health of the ServiceNow environment, performing administrative tasks, and configuring application feature tools for staff. Additionally, managing multiple product sets from the same vendor and understanding complex organizational hierarchies are essential skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in information technology and five years of experience or equivalent work experience. Progressive experience in a technical help desk or customer service environment is also required. Proficient knowledge of Office 365, ServiceNow Administrator experience, and excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are necessary. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is also required.
