Mid-Level Software Solutions Developer

Software Solutions Developer Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced software solutions developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and configuring software capabilities to meet design and functional objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on ServiceNow development. A strong understanding of Java is also essential, as well as 4+ years of experience in a development lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure software solutions to satisfy design and functional requirements.
• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications.
• Translate detailed designs and workflows into deliverable application products.
• Design, code, test, debug, and refine computer software to produce the required product.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including use-case level and user-level documentation.
• Enhance workflows to reduce operating time and improve overall efficiency.
• Promote best practices in utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Provide technical direction to the program team.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Understanding of Java
• 4+ years of experience in a development lead role

Required:

• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• 1+ Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications
• CompTIA Security+ certification (required for IT1 Administrators only)
