Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management to understand customer and end-user challenges and partner with them to design viable solutions.
• Recommend process, technology, and interface improvements to enhance team effectiveness and reduce technical debt.
• Predict capacity requirements for component usage and identify limitations.
• Contribute to story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Participate in product and solution designs to address critical issues and complex problems.
