Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst Sought for Long-Term Project Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team for a long-term project. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow integrations, developing ITSM, ITAM, and Integration projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Implement complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.
• Manage ITSM, ITAM, and Integration projects with a focus on delivering business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
• Design and implement data governance, risk management, and change control processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years of managing ServiceNow projects.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with CLIENT operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
