ServiceNow ITAM Specialist

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Administrator to join our team.
• This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT assets, including hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
• Ensure compliance with vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and company policies.
• Develop strategies to optimize IT spending and reduce costs through asset standardization and efficient use.
• Generate reports on asset usage, performance, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT asset management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
