Your Role

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at BCG Platinion, you will work at the heart of business challenges, developing innovative, feasible solutions through a discovery-driven approach. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will create leading IT concepts and architectural solutions that facilitate significant technical transformations.

• Your Responsibilities Include:
• Developing high-level technical solution designs and program frameworks.
• Leading implementation strategies and governance processes for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Designing and optimizing ServiceNow workflows across various products.
• Conducting technical analysis and overseeing the development and implementation of ServiceNow use cases.
• Collaborating across disciplines to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
• Contributing to thought leadership through proposals, publications, and speaking engagements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations along with an architectural role.
• Strong technical knowledge and engineering skills coupled with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in IT architecture, agile methodologies, and cloud-native applications.
• A commitment to travel to client sites as necessary to support project needs.
