What You'll Do At BCG Platinion, we elevate design in addressing complex business challenges. As a Principal IT ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be crucial in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative IT solutions. Your skills in technical design and understanding of business contexts will guide organizations through transformative processes.

• Provide expertise in high-level technical solution design and program governance.
• Leverage your ServiceNow architecture experience in substantial implementation programs.
• Drive change across organizations, aligning teams to optimize IT best practices.
• Implement agile methodologies to address complex challenges effectively.
• Foster collaboration across diverse teams and establish productive stakeholder relationships.
• Apply your innovative thinking to envision next-generation technology solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, business management, computer science, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in ServiceNow implementation and 8+ years as an Architect.
• Superior technical knowledge and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to articulate complex technology topics to executives.
• Extensive expertise in:
• ServiceNow Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Studio, APIs).
• Integration methodologies and technology stacks.
• Structured and unstructured databases.
• Cloud-native and API architectures.
• Data analytics and process automation.

Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary. Travel varies according to project needs.

Who You'll Work With

• Translate business processes into ServiceNow workflows for various main products (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM).
• Design high-level integration architectures on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement case management and operations management workflows.
• Support technical analysis and development for a range of ServiceNow use cases.
• Analyze complex ServiceNow landscapes and optimize digital product development.

Location: This role may require travel to various client sites.

Salary: The first-year base compensation starts at $230,000, plus performance bonuses and retirement contributions.
