ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow core and best practices, as well as expertise in ITBM (IT Business Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), APM (Application Portfolio Management), PPM (Project Portfolio Management), and TPM (Technology Portfolio Management).

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow core and best practices.
• Expertise in ITBM (IT Business Management / SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) / Application Portfolio Management (APM) / Project Portfolio Management (PPM) / Technology Portfolio Management).
• Hands-on experience in scripting like Client Scripts, UI Policy, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Workflow/Flow, and ACLs.
• Experience in Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, and Scripted Web Services) with 3rd party tools.

The selected candidate will work closely with our customers during discovery workshops to provide strategic consulting services. They will also be responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the customer's needs.
