- This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer and contribute to the successful implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
- The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, scripting, integrations, and UI customizations. About the Role:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop user stories and technical documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical design, security roles, and governance frameworks.
- Implement Knowledge Management best practices, including the configuration of the knowledge base, approval workflows, and knowledge categories.
- Design and develop incident workflows, SLA configurations, major incident management, and VIP user handling processes.
- Create service request management workflows, order guides, request fulfillment workflows, notifications, and SLA logic.
- Customize the Agent Workspace to meet specific business needs, including role-based landing pages, Agent Assist, and contextual sidebar features.
- Support CMDB configuration, foundational data setup, and list/form updates to ensure accurate asset management.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics (PA) jobs to provide actionable insights.
- Implement Tanium integration (bi-directional CMDB updates) and telephony system enhancements to streamline operations.
- Assist with data migration efforts, including data mapping, migration execution, and validation.
- Develop UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, and Script Includes to enhance user experience.
- Utilize Glide API and JavaScript for automation and process optimization to improve efficiency.
- Support advanced Work Assignment configurations for ticket routing and ensure seamless incident resolution.
- Participate in UAT testing, remediation, and retesting to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user training materials to ensure successful adoption.
- Assist with Go-Live activities, including final configuration reviews and production deployment to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide post-Go-Live support and implement patches or minor enhancements as needed to maintain optimal performance.
