When you join our team as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow applications. This includes designing and developing tables, fields, forms, and access controls, as well as creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. You will also use JavaScript to develop solutions for complex requirements and build Scoped Applications using ServiceNow Studio. Additionally, you will automate processes with Flow Designer and Workflow Engine, configure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, and document technical work for knowledge transfer.
This role requires a degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience), experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer, JavaScript scripting/coding experience, active ServiceNow certifications, experience with Agile development, and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
