ServiceNow IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a ServiceNow IT Operations Specialist to join our team and support the implementation of IT service management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. About the Position

This role involves working closely with the ServiceNow Architect and stakeholders to deliver a scalable and efficient solution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, scripting, integrations, and UI customizations.

• Assist in gathering business requirements through functional and technical workshops.
• Develop user stories and technical documentation to support the implementation.
• Collaborate with the architect to define technical design, security roles, and governance frameworks. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Configure the knowledge base, approval workflows, and knowledge categories to support incident management.
• Develop incident workflows, SLA configurations, major incident management, and VIP user handling.
• Create order guides, request fulfillment workflows, notifications, and SLA logic to support service request management. Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITSM implementations.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including UI customization, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts. ],
