Senior ServiceNow Tech Lead Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Tech Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization in a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce best practices, code reviews, release management, and governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership, resolve design issues, mentor teams across time zones, and collaborate with testing, QA, and vendors to support post-implementation solutions.
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, exploring AI opportunities.
- Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation and stay updated on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Lead platform upgrades and ensure consistency in development standards. Qualifications
- At least 8 years of recent experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, including hands-on development and advanced capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and Certified Application Developer are advantageous.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Experience designing integrations with systems like Workday, Azure, Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, and CMDB.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in agile and strategic solution delivery. Benefits and Job Details
