We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Expert to join our team. As a ServiceNow Expert, you will play a critical role in optimizing business processes using ServiceNow technology.

Your responsibilities will include leading the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, developing and configuring Playbooks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful project delivery.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design scalable ServiceNow solutions, and drive efficiency and automation.

In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow capabilities and best practices, and leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions. About This Opportunity

• Lead the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Customer Workflows (CSM/PSDS) or App Engine.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and configure Playbooks to streamline and optimize workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on execution to ensure successful project delivery.
