As a leader in ServiceNow technology, you will be responsible for establishing best practices, conducting code reviews, managing release processes, and setting governance policies to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. This includes maintaining and updating documentation of ServiceNow solutions, adjusting standards as they evolve. Key Responsibilities
- Create and enforce technical guidelines, resolve design issues, and mentor development teams across multiple time zones.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, exploring opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI).
- Stay updated with ServiceNow functionalities, recommend new features, and promote best practices.
- Lead teams through platform upgrades and maintain consistency in development standards. Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Developer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and features.
