Job Title - Workato Implementation Specialist

Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration- long Term

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Workato projects.
• Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes for integration between various enterprise applications and systems.
• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows.
• Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization support for existing Workato integrations.
• Ensure best practices are followed in automation and integration designs.
• Continuously evaluate new features and capabilities of Workato to enhance existing integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Workato implementation and integration projects (must-have).
• Strong understanding of integration platforms (such as Workato, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Experience working with APIs, REST/SOAP services, and system integrations.
