ServiceNow Application Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining multiple ServiceNow applications to support the Intelligence Community. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal, HR Module, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development, etc.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
• Create, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
• Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT-related field; or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience; or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience
• Backend development experience with C#, Java, Python, Go, and Ruby programming languages
• ServiceNow experience and developer certification
• Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management
