ServiceNow Configuration Lead

Technical Requirements: ServiceNow Developer: A comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and configuration is required. Advanced knowledge of Predictive Intelligence, machine-learning, and Advanced Work Assignment in ServiceNow is also necessary. A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, preferably within the HR Scoped application, with a SNOW partner, is required. Additionally, experience with complex integrations between HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance is highly desirable. Non-Technical Requirements: A strong analytical skill set, including interpretive and evaluative skills, is required for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, are also essential.
