Sr. Services Analyst - ServiceNow Platform Admin/Developer

About the position

The position involves managing and performing activities related to planning, designing, building, and maintaining IT services, projects, portfolios, products, and processes. The role requires creating and assigning detailed tasks to subordinates, managing service level agreements, and maintaining engagement with business and IT partners. The individual will also be responsible for budget management for small projects or components and is expected to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage IT service portfolios or products in support of business partners. ,
• Lead IT activities to manage service level agreements. ,
• Assist in planning and prioritizing work schedules. ,
• Create documentation for products and services. ,
• Use best practices to improve products and services and monitor adherence to standards. ,
• Enhance engagement with business and IT partners and stakeholders. ,
• Establish a positive team environment by assisting and training less experienced personnel. ,
• Provide performance and development feedback as required. ,
• Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within the discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. ,
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent education and work experience. ,
• Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel. ,
• Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams. ,
• Knowledge of IT project management. ,
• Strong problem-solving and analysis ability. ,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ,
• Ability to work with remote project teams.

• ServiceNow certification is required. ,
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and/or administration experience. ,
• Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, HR, GRC (IRM). ,
• Experience in Reporting, Performance Analytics, and ServiceNow Integrations.
