Senior System Administrator | ServiceNow Specialist

A leading organization is seeking a Senior System Administrator to provide expert-level support and administration of the ServiceNow environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of driving digital acceleration through the effective use of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities will include administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform environments, performing regular platform upgrades, patching, and health assessments, and generating reports for stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining update sets, scripts, and Service Catalog items, as well as creating and managing workflows, dashboards, and reports.
