The ServiceNow Solutions Architect plays a vital role in guiding and delivering successful ServiceNow implementations. This position involves mentoring both clients and internal teams, offering expertise in platform design, integration, development standards, and technology strategy. The architect will find innovative solutions to complex business challenges, ensuring that new implementations align seamlessly with the existing enterprise architecture from technical, business, and user perspectives. The role requires effective communication skills to bridge the gap between process owners and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will:

• Leverage technology effectively to address business challenges.
• Identify appropriate frameworks and technical stacks necessary for creating robust solutions.
• Understand the structure of the ServiceNow application, including module scope and interactions.
• Plan for scalability and future support of ServiceNow digital solutions.
• Distinguish between configuration and customization strategies.
• Evaluate the risk versus value proposition of third-party integrations with the ServiceNow platform.
• Clarify governance roles and responsibilities in the context of platform and project management.
• Articulate the importance of Organizational Change Management for project success. Qualifications & Required Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or Sciences.
• Certifications such as IT4IT, ITILv4, and TOGAF are preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, and ITSM are required; two additional CIS certifications such as ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, SecOps/GRC, HRSD, or SPM are valuable.
• A strong understanding of scripting, app development, APIs, and mobile application design.
• Experience with a minimum of 20 ServiceNow implementations across various modules.
• At least 3 years of experience architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript is mandatory.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Angular JS, Soap, Rest, JSON, Ajax, CSS, SaSS, HTML5, SP Widgets, and XML is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Compensation and Benefits:

Applications are accepted until April 26, 2025. The salary for this position ranges between $115,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
