e&e is seeking a ServiceNow Admin for a hybrid contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!

We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance our IT service management environment. This role serves as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to align business objectives with IT capabilities. The administrator will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing ServiceNow modules including ITOM, HAM, and SAM, while also ensuring compliance with best practices and system governance. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in ServiceNow administration, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and document business functions and operational processes to align ServiceNow solutions with organizational needs.
  • Consult with Process Owners and Managers to identify system requirements, enhancements, and access levels.
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, particularly ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
  • Perform routine system administration including user management, workflow configuration, and access control.
  • Participate in integration and user acceptance testing to validate new functionality.
  • Support platform upgrades, patch management, and system performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and errors within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to professional and technical staff.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, policies, and change management protocols.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
  • Experience with the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Exposure to App Engine Studio and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge of CMDB and Discovery tools.
  • Familiarity with the Employee Service Portal and custom widget development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience – Preferred – 4 Years
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow module such as ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or Source2Pay.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certification – Preferred
