Senior ServiceNow Developer (CIS – HAM & CIS – SAM Required)

Our client, a leading Consultancy and ServiceNow Partner, are hiring a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the team remotely, The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the design, development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Design and implement custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize and maintain existing HAM/SAM modules, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall architecture strategy.

Skillset

• Certified Implementation Specialist – HAM (CIS-HAM).
• Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM (CIS-SAM).
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong expertise in ITAM, ITSM and platform architecture.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining HAM and SAM modules in enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, ITSM) is a bonus.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations with external asset systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
