ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager
Santa Clara, CA – Onsite – Hybrid
12+ months contract
ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager - Deep knowledge of overall ServiceNow Platform, able to work across platform with various stakeholders.
Primary Skill – expertise in ITOM/Discovery, CMDB, CSDM
Responsibilities may include the following

Provides direction & oversight, server as an escalation point to resolve any issues.

Plan & Defines Project Scope, establishing measurable goals
-
Establishes Project timelines and delivers project on schedule, within budget
-
Manage risk & opportunities
-
Taks ownership of issues and works towards resolution
-
Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
-
Facilitate productivity by ensuring that the team has tools to succeed.
-
Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks; motivates the development team and keep them excited to move forward; protects the team from outside distractions.
Skills may include following

Deep knowledge of overall ServiceNow Platform and various ServiceNow Modules, Products

Knowledge in ServiceNow Architecture

Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design

Highly organized and inherent ability to multi task

Team leader and consensus builder
-
Excellent communicator
-
Ability to rapidly identify and resolve issues

Possess sound technical foundation and working knowledge of ServiceNow platform & applications

Gather & evaluate user requirements
