ServiceNow Solutions Architect (PUBLIC TRUST REQUIRED)

Position Overview

The role involves leading the development, enhancement, and implementation of ServiceNow Architecture. You will collaborate with customers and stakeholders to leverage ServiceNow for effectively managing enterprise services and improvements, utilizing emerging technologies such as AI and automation. Responsibilities include building roadmaps, providing recommendations, and guiding the development and integration of new technologies and services to maximize ServiceNow's capabilities. Additionally, you will assist development teams as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, Master's degree with 10 years of experience, or 18+ years of experience instead of a degree.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.

• At least 5 years' experience leading ServiceNow development teams.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow certifications:

o Certified System Administrator (baseline)

o Certified Application Developer (baseline)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple areas, such as:

o Customer Service Management

o IT Service Management

o Discovery

o Service Mapping

o Strategic Portfolio Management

o Application Portfolio Management

o Software Asset Management

o Hardware Asset Management

• Over 5 years of experience in technical discussions and reviews.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience across various components of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.

• At least 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM (Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management), ITBM, CSM, Security Operations, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, and HR.

• 5+ years of industry experience in fields such as Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, or Retail.

• Over 5 years of technical leadership experience driving change and solutions.

• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and their impacts.

• Experience supporting IT-related data integrity (such as CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.).

• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.

• Strong written and oral communication skills to convey technical solutions clearly and succinctly.

• Experience working with the US Federal Government.

Desired Skills

• Experience with web development technologies, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.

• Familiarity with implementing JavaScript to support automation across various ServiceNow modules.

• Knowledge of REST and SOAP web service protocols.

• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals.

• Understanding of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.

• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, Security Operations, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, or HR.

• Project Management or Agile certification.

• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.

Education Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. This is a contract requirement.
