Job Title: Bilingual IT Support Specialist (Windows 10/11, ServiceNow, Troubleshooting)

Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)

Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist with Windows 10/11 expertise, POS experience, and fluency in French and English. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to end users, manage hardware inventory, and lead device upgrades while ensuring efficient issue resolution through ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive Windows 10/11 support to end users, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the digital bar, professionally handling user issues.
  • Manage stock room operations, ensuring inventory levels and organization.
  • Collaborate with the hardware asset management team to streamline processes.
  • Offer hands-on support for all on-site IT needs, acting as hands and feet for troubleshooting.
  • Lead device refresh initiatives, upgrading systems to Windows 11 with modern management technologies.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticketing and issue tracking, maintaining clear records.
  • Communicate effectively in French and English, simplifying technical explanations for users.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • 2 4 years of experience in field services or IT support roles.
  • Proficiency in modern device management technologies and Windows 11 upgrade processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French and English.
  • Strong expertise in laptop, desktop, and tablet hardware support.
