ServiceNow Product Manager

A growing enterprise organization is hiring a Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of its ServiceNow platform. This is a full-time, remote opportunity focused on managing roadmap execution, collaborating across departments, and ensuring the platform evolves to meet business needs.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and operations, supporting initiatives across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and Knowledge Management, while enabling cross-functional process improvements. What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and prioritization of ServiceNow platform features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and product teams to gather requirements
  • Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and alignment to business goals
  • Represent business priorities during Agile planning, sprint ceremonies, and feature refinement sessions
  • Deliver product demos, updates, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with architecture and engineering teams on system integrations, scalability, and usability Who You Are
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) and modern product development frameworks
  • Able to synthesize stakeholder input and translate into clear user stories and technical requirements
  • Experienced in using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
  • Bonus points for knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, Knowledge Management, CMDB, or SecOps Why This Role

  • Compensation: $100,000-$118,000 base salary (based on experience)
  • Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus tied to company and individual performance
  • Travel: Minimal - 1 to 2 trips per year
