Job Description

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices in implementing GRC/IRM solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure effective configuration of core ServiceNow applications: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
• Maintain and support integrations using REST/SOAP, XML, AJAX, and related technologies
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles
• Provide documentation, clean code, and support knowledge sharing
• Be open to rotational shifts, including night shifts as needed

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of IT experience, with extensive work on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, AngularJS
• Familiarity with IRM data models, security architecture, and GRC workflows
• Proven experience in platform scripting, configuration, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and vendor risk processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments

Certifications:

• CAD (Certified Application Developer) Mandatory
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory
• CIS-GRC Preferred
