ServiceNow Engineer

Role: ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

Location: Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: Long-term W2 Contract

Note: This role blends development and administration, allowing you to design and implement innovative solutions on our ServiceNow platform while ensuring stability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions (Catalog Items, Workflows, Business Rules, Scripting, Integrations).

Customize core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset).

Automate processes, manage upgrades, and ensure platform performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, and provide user support.

Maintain security, roles, and compliance with ITIL best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven ServiceNow development & administration experience.

Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integration skills.

ITIL knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow security (ACLs, data models).

Analytical mindset, ERP exposure, and excellent communication skills.
