We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow Developers to join our team. About the Role
As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for delivering products and services defined throughout the life cycle of a project and resolving post-production deficiencies. You will also manage and participate in designing and developing solutions using various out-of-the-box (OOTB) modules such as Product Catalog, ServiceNow Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules, Request Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CSM, and other ServiceNow modules, as required. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all development aligns with ServiceNow architecture principles and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
- Manage ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets).
- Understand the business context and translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
- Elicitate, design, develop, test, train, and implement support for scoped applications.
- Work closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
- Maintain and develop scoped applications.
- Provide guidance on converting requirements into design and migration steps. Requirements:
- Minimum US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Mid level (3+) three plus years of hands-on integration experience in ServiceNow.
- Senior level (5+) five plus years of Hands-on Integration experience in ServiceNow.
- Experience in a ServiceNow platform to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts.
- Familiarity with ACLs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
