We require a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow specialist to join our team. As a ServiceNow specialist, you will be responsible for installing/upgrading/managing all four ServiceNow instances at the bank, coordinating and performing installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases, and configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow. You will also establish standards and IT hygiene within ServiceNow, including maintenance routines, development standards, and code reviews. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with system integrations, REST API, and networking. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work closely with business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from client to fulfillment teams. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in Technology as a System Admin, four (5) years of experience as a System Administrator of ServiceNow, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
