A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team remotely. Key Responsibilities Interface with developers, business analysts, customers, and management to guide best practices and development approaches Design, develop, test, and debug solutions on the ITSM Pro ServiceNow platform, including ITIL services Administer the ServiceNow instance, managing upgrades, deployments, and custom workflows Required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including three (3) years in ServiceNow development and administration, and a B.S. in a related field Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Proven ability in workflow, data analysis, and design techniques Experience with the ServiceNow Studio IDE, Workflow Editor, and various development technologies Familiarity with the ServiceNow Orlando release
