ServiceNow Technical Lead

This role requires enterprise solution architect-level skills to assess current applications and supporting systems and articulate how ServiceNow can integrate with and/or modernize these applications. Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow development manager with deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules such as ITSM, SPM, ITOM, App Engine Studio to best support our existing ServiceNow clients and expand to new clients. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Advise on the impact of design options to related programs and on the process for assessing such impact.
• Develop and present strategic plans for ServiceNow implementation, backed by technical and business acumen.
