ServiceNow Technical Support Specialist
We need a technical support specialist to provide expert-level technical assistance for our ServiceNow environment. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow administration, including certified system administrator (CSA) certification and experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
The candidate will be responsible for configuring out-of-the-box workflows, creating and maintaining custom workflows, and managing user groups, including data loads.
