ServiceNow CMDB Lead Job Description

The ServiceNow CMDB lead will be responsible for managing the configuration item data within the ServiceNow platform. This includes developing and implementing data governance processes, ensuring data quality, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Job Highlights:

  • Develop and document CI data governance processes and procedures
  • Ensure the quality of CI data and establish target metrics for maintenance
  • Identify required CI classes, attributes, and relationship types
  • Evaluate enhancement requests and identify suitable solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Discovery
  • Strong expertise in integration, middleware, and discovery technologies
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
