ServiceNow Development Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and work on designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, and be able to build scalable and efficient solutions.

This role offers flexibility with a 6-12 month contract + extension, allowing for remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Create custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Develop complex workflows, business rules, and data integrations.
• Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT for ServiceNow solutions.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
