Position Description Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer. Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal. Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements. Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements. Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.Detailed Skills RequirementsFOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly Experience with the US Federal Government Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
