The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, the Microsoft Power Platform, and others. The team is responsible for both the development of the cross-industry low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and in accordance with a defined implementation methodology. IF YOU AREExperienced with 2+ years working on the ServiceNow platform Proficient in configuring, deploying, and supporting ITSM/CSM applications Certified with ServiceNow CSA and any of CIS or CAD Skilled in developing ServiceNow Workflows, Flows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, Scheduled Jobs, and more Capable of integrating third-party systems or other ServiceNow instances, including data imports Well-versed in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles AND YOU WANT TOEstablish implementation capabilities and interfaces for the end-user solution Analyze business requirements to provide time estimation for client's needs Study system flow, data usage, and work processes Develop and demonstrate solid knowledge of the design and implementation features of the low-code platform in question Carry out process-oriented application workflow configuration as well as component and integration testing within the desired low-code platform Develop new or modify workflow configurations to maximize production and operating efficiency Troubleshoot, test, and debug platform configuration issues and communicate with platform support teams to resolve issues or require software fixes TOGETHER WE WILLWork on the design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectives Develop solutions ranging from large-scale custom-developed low-code applications to cloud-based development and integration services Enjoy 25 paid days off during the year Have a consistent monthly Edenred Benefit budget Use our access to expert communities, paid certifications, and professional events Benefit from SoftServe University and have access to over 10,000 learning options from Udemy SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
